Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), also known as posttraumatic dystrophy (PD), is a disease, characterized by pain, swelling and changes of temperature in arms or legs. Complains often arise after an accident (fracture or contusion) or surgery.
Within TREND 5 research programmes can be discerned: Epidemiology, Assessment technology, Trials, Genetics, and Biomarkers.
Within each research programme multiple research projects are performed.

TREND announces its two-day international conference on CRPS.
