Can Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) be treated?

There is not a single succesful treatment for CRPS. Usually several different treatment methods are used. Not all of these treatments are evidence-based.

TREND has studied several treatment methods. Some of these studies showed interesting results, but more research is necessary. At present there is no good, safe and practical treatment for the larger group of CRPS patients.
